• Robert Khan, a 25-year-old haulier from East London, is being held on remand for theft following the death of missing garage boss Nick Whiting, whose decomposed body was found in Rainham Marshes, Essex last week.

Khan is charged with stealing three of the five specialist cars that disappeared from All Car Equipe on 7 June, the night of Whiting's disappearance. Five cars were taken from the garage at Wrotham, Kent two were recovered nearby and three from sites in North and East London.

Khan has appeared in court to be formally charged with the theft of the cars, and is awaiting a further date for trial. A London couple have been charged with handling stolen goods from the crime.
