• Philips is planning to sell its Dutch transport and forwarding organisation to Dutch-based international operator Nedlloyd.
This follows the sale of Phi lips' UK distribution company London Carriers International to Inter Forward of Sweden last month. The negotiations cover 100 trucks and 450 staff.
