WHEN artic driver Mick Norman won a Mercedes-Benz 1 61 7 16-tonner in a magazine competition he and his wife Sheila straight away planned to start their own business.

Sheila, the mother of a two year-old girl and a five-year-old boy started studying CM's weekly CPC questions, and then booked a two-week course with Mid Anglia Training. She passed.

The couple, who live in Sandy, Bedfordshire, expec't to start in business around the middle of next month. Their vehicle has a Cargo Van curtain-sided body; it's just the job in an area where there are many agricultural hauls to pick up. "I've always wanted to own my own lorry," said Mick, who has worked for the past seven years for R. W. Harvey and Sons at Sandy.
