THE INCREASING use of tank containers to move hazardous chemical cargoes will be one of the subjects of a debate at the Marichem conference to be held in London on October 21-23.
The debating panel line-up of leading users and statutory bodies will include Roy Boneham of Bell Lines (also secretary of the Association of Tank Container Operators), British Rail's Peter Mabbit and chairman Keith Eldridge who represents the USA on the IMCO Dangerous Goods SubCommittee
