TWO NEW LOW maintenance heavy-duty commercial vehicle betteries have been added to the Tungstone range of polypropylene commercial batteries. Both 236 and 237 types are said to fit a wide variety of vehicles and require topping up only once a year.
Rated at 98Ah the number of plates has been increased from 15 to 17 to provide a coldstart amperage of 470 and they are recommended for use on vehicles fitted with ancillary equipment.
Priced at about £90 retail, the batteries are available through Tungstone's distribution outlets.
