Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AIR SUSPENSION spring units form the basis of a new heavy recovery vehicle which has been designed and built by North West Truck Engineering Co Ltd.

The units, Dunlop Pneuride, have been fitted to a 1968 ERF threeaxled tractive unit in place of the normal suspension and two additional units have been installed to support and raise a lifting beam at the rear of the vehicle.

A lift of 5 tons is provided by the spring units and this is controlled manually by valves at the rear of the vehicle. Towing capacity of the vehicle is 32 tons.
