T" new processes in its Bonderite 700 series of chromate treatments for bonding paint to aluminium have been produced by The Pyrene Co. Ltd., Great West Road, Brentford, Middx. Bonderite 711 is designed for use in immersion and spray plants; whilst the Bonderite 721 ES process, which is already in operation with James Booth (Aluminium) Ltd., allows economical low-temperature processing of aluminium to give maximum paint adhesion and performance. The process can also be used to facilitate the laminating of p.v.e. and p.v.f. films.
