Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN ITALIAN-MADE battery booster cable with clamps and injection moulded in ABS is now being sold in this country by Autocessory Marketing Ltd, 135 Green Lane, Clanfield, Portsmouth.

The copper jaws of the clamp are. held in by countersunk rivets and are completely enclosed, thus making it almost impossible to "short" the leads by touching them together or grounding — clamps are usually made from copper or aluminium pressings with insulating sleeves.

The maximum capacity of the cables is 400 amps and they are likely to have a retail price of around £15 plus vat.
