Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW 24-hour breakdown service for commercial vehicles is to be set up by Transport Information Computing Ltd of Greenwich.

TICL says the new scheme will guarantee a breakdown service for hauliers anywhere in the United Kingdon 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A haulier in the scheme who breaks down will phone TICL giving his position. TICL will then arrange for the nearest haulier in the scheme to go out and help the stranded driver.

All the fees for repairing the vehicle are strictly between the two hauliers, and TICL receives no commission. Where there is no local haulier in the scheme available to help, a commercial 24-hour breakdown service will be sent and TICL will guarantee the first £200 of any subsequent repair bill.

The annual cost to the haulier will be £35 for one vehicle, plus another £7.50 for each subsequent vehicle. It is scheduled to begin in Spring. Further details are available from TICL on 01-858 3446.
