Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEYLAND Vehicles is building a specially-modified Leyland Leopard single-deck bus to meet the city bus requirements of Singapore Bus Services.

Drivers with the 2,600vehicle SBS fleet have been expressing dissatisfaction with cab heat in the frontengined Mercedes-Benz and Guy Victory J single-deckers which form the bulk of the current vehicle intake.

Leyland is fitting a frontmounted radiator to the chassis and Alexander, which is to build a two-door city bus body using T-type components, will incorporate forced air ventilation to meet tropical conditions. The body will have the low est possible floorline to meet Singapore's growing demands for a vehicle more in tune with a modern city's requirements.

A fleet of 220 Atiantean double-deck buses is being delivered to SBS, and other manufacturers are interested in supplying double-deckers on a 50-50 basis with Leyland.

Ailsa Bus intends to have its Far East demonstration double-decker (the only model available with face-level driver ventilation) shipped shortly from Bangkok to Singapore.
