Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The man to whom the Road Haulage Association's East Kent sub-area may well owe its continued existence received the OBE in the New Year Honours List. He is Pater Brazier, of C. J. Nicholls Ltd, Cheriton High Street, Folkestone.

The award is for "services to the Road Haulage Association, Kent" and is the first I can ever recall specifically to recognise work for that body. Most other honours bestowed on road transport men have been for "services to road transport" or, as in the case of Ronnie Butt, also of the RHA, for social work.

Peter Brazier, who started young in his dedicated work for the RHA, has been honorary secretary of the sub-area for many years and was chairman as well from 1976-78. He was Metropolitan and South Eastern area vice-chairman for a while but his business and sub-area commitments we too great and he could n continue in a position th would undoubtedly her taken him to the area chair.

East Kent members of t RHA have been hoping fai long time that Peter's u stinting efforts would I recognised by the Prir Minister and they are ovi joyed. I would be extreme surprised if they did not press their pleasure in te gible form on a suitable OCI sion in the next month or tin
