The ECMT chairman is now Mr Kruisinga, Secretary of State for Water Control and Public Works in the Netherlands. The two vice-chairmen are Mr E. Frahbauer, Austrian Minister of Transport and Mr J. Kampmann, Danish Minister of Public Works.
