Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SPECIAL heavy-duty specification designed for particularly arduous operating conditions is now available as a production option on Ford Transit models. Although developed primarily for rough-road export markets, the option is being offered in the UK where frequent site use is encountered. There is no increase in gross vehicle weight ratings.

The option, which costs £14 10s, includes the following items: channel section reinforcement at front, centre and rear of body frame side-members, gusset plates between No. 2 cross-member and side-member (short wheelbase models only), Aeon rubber helper spring on rear springs, heavy-duty front and rear suspension dampers, heavyduty rear springs and heavy-duty battery mounting and clamp.
