Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE illustration which is to be found at the foot of this page depicts a saloon bus of smart appearance which, with two others of a similar type, has recently been despatched to Scotland by the International Harvester Co., of Great Britain, Ltd., for the use of a prominent passenger transport organization. The chassis consists of the new Internatioeal underslung model with a long wheelbase, whilst the body, which is the product of Messrs. Strachan and Brown, is of the front-entrance pattern and is built for 16-18 passengers. The vehicle should provide comfortable travel all the year round, for it is fitted with two windows on each side, which can be lowered, thus ensuring plenty of fresh air for the interior on hot days. The passenger entrance is of the two-piece type and an emergency exit is provided at the rear, the door carrying clear instructions as to the manner of its operation. The bus is shod with pneumatic tyres of ample size and a spare is carried in a bracket slung from the frame members nt the rear.
