Loadmat
Load mac TMFs are built by Transmanut, France, to Loadmac's design and carry a 12-month warranty or three-year cover with three annual services on contract maintenance. From its Rugby headquarters, it handles sales and has service, repairs and refurbishing workshops. Three mobile technicians give local breakdown cover. while 10 service partners handle UKwide assistance; each has mobile service engineers
Manitou UK
Manitou's French-made Manitrans forklifts carry a standard 12-month warranty with twoand three-year extensions. Service support is organised from its Dorset headquarters, which has a service and training centre, plus three mobile service engineers. It has 37 Manitrans specialist service dealers and two in Ireland, with extra backing from 170 all-types dealers.
Moffett
All Moffett TMFs are manufactured in Ireland; and new machines carry a two-year (1,000hrs) warranty on parts and labour. UK-wide customer service is provided by a team of 21 Moffett-trained mobile technicians that are located across the country. For extra support, there are five service engineers based at the company's headquarters in Coventry.
Patfinger
Palfinger's Crayler models carry a two-year full warranty and a third-year structure cover. Its UK importer, Bill Bennett Engineering, has been involved with the concept since 1991. It handles sales, provides regular maintenance, emergency repairs and parts back-up from its base in Chipping Sodbury. It has 10 other main service support centres and can call on a further 150 repair agencies nationwide.
