• Trade association officials have been discussing with the DoE the new three-level system of GV9s which is expected to come into operation this year.
GV9s will be issued for all faulty commercial vehicles whether laden or empty, but there will be a new flexibility with different categories of prohibition notice applicable in different circumstances.
