Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Port of London Authority has agreed with the Road Haulage Association, the Freight Transport Association and the Transport and General Workers Union as to the 'provision of catering facilities for lorry drivers at the Royal and India and Millwall Docks.

Huts, to be provided by the PLA at vehicle .control parks in these docks will have table-and-chair accommodation, food dispensing machines and Microwave ovens. Hot beverages and hot snacks will be available during the hours the parks are open.

The accommodation will be linked with the public address system of the parks, so that drivers can take advantage of the facilities without risking the loss of their place in a vehicle queue.

The canteen at the Royal Docks will be opened for service on February 15, and that at the India and Millwall Docks shortly afterwards.
