• Seddon Diesel Vehicles Ltd and Klockner-Humboldt-Deutz AG have reached an amicable agreement whereby Seddon will relinquish its interest in Seddon-Deutz Ltd by selling its shares in the company to British Deutz Ltd, London.

The name of Seddon-Deutz Ltd will shortly be changed but the company will continue to operate from its present premises at Middleton, Manchester, under the existing management.
