Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

lahe Hawk hears from PC Malcolm Jarvis of Stapleford, Nottingham who needs help from the trucking fraternity to set an important youth project in motion. Malcolm is a community policeman covering Stapleford, Bramcote and Trowell and explains that: "part of my work involves the problem of today's youth culture of street-corner gangs, which is prevalent in all of my areas. I am involved in various projects which will hopefully bear fruit, provide facilities for these youths and take quite a few of them off the streets into worthwhile interests." To help spread the word PC Jarvis and Nottinghamshire youth worker Keith Hanberry want to purchase a vehicle similar to the Dodge crew carrier (pictured) to provide a mobile information centre. "It could allow youth workers to tour all the areas during the evening, offering facilities and information," says Malcolm. Tight local budgets means that no money is available to provide such a vehicle for the project, but if anyone can help contact PC Jarvis: (0115) 9430999, ext 5560
