your news item about the Vehicle Inspectorate's intelligence units was nearly right (CM 5-11 Dec). There is no six-month feasibility study: we have already decided to set up these units. I have appointed a temporary project manager but that is to implement the initiative, not consider its feasibility.
You are absolutely right that the purpose of the units is to improve our effectiveness in targeting rogue operators.
