Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

in West Durham Coach Sales made sales manager Brian Bird redundant last week and stopped selling the Toyota Optimo II, although at present it still has the franchise.

It will continue with Optimo back-up and there is no question of the company ceasing to sell used coaches, parent group Croft & Blackburn says. The changes last week coincided with a mail drop promoting sales of the Optimo II. Croft & Blackburn declined further comment, as did Toyota, although a statement from the dealer group is expected.

Croft & Blackburn operates a Mercedes-Benz truck parts and service centre on the same site as West Durham Coach Sales.
