Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A version of its 10cwt vehicle tail-lift that can be detached from the vehicle has been developed by E. J. Ratcliff (Mechanical Engineers) in conjunction with Alltransport Ltd. The operator is using the detachable tail-lift on Ford Transit 30cwt vans and in detachable form, the list price of the 10cwt Ratcliff tail-lift is increased by £15 from the £265 for the model supplied as a permanent fixture. Six self-locking nuts recessed in the end of the channel-frame on each side of the lightweight box van body on the Alltransport vehicles hold the tail-lift in place. The electric-motor operating unit is mounted just inside the rear part of the body and is also quickly removable being held in place by four bolts. It is said that the whole assembly can be removed from the box van in about 20 minutes.
