Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Natural food manufacturer Daniels Group joined FORS in January 2039. It is a bronze member and on average has four of its 22-strong fleet operating in London at any one time. Marc Coe, senior transport supervisor at Daniels, says FORS enables him to keep up-to-date with the latest things affecting freight operators in London, such as the new Cycle Superhighways scheme.

Gary Clark, fleet manager for local government at silver FORS member Amey. says a key benefit of FORS is the workshops. They give you a good opportunity to network with people in similar roles and sectors. Lots of utility companies are in FORS now. We can pick up a lot at the

workshops from just listening to other members' experiences." He adds: "The more people that join FORS, the better it will be, particularly for benchmarking."

Natalie Chapman, Freight Transport Association (FTA) head of policy for London, says: "I think it's a great scheme, but FORS needs some real tangible benef its that no-one else offers. The workshops and seminars are good, but you can get those through Freight Best Practice or from being a member of a trade association, like the FTA, A £2 discount on the Congestion Charge, for example, would be very worthwhile to FORS members."
