Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TNT Express Services, one of the UK's biggest logistics specialists, has been converted to the M6 Toll following the trial charges.

Operations director Nigel Barton says the Atherstone-based company plans to use the Toll on a daily basis as it can save twelve minutes on a typical truck journey from its main distribution hub to the Weeford junction. "We can then pass on these time-savings by delivering consignments more rapidly to our customers, which will help our delivery times become more attractive."

Fantastic news

Roy McCrudden, fleet services manager for Argos Limited, said: "This is fantastic news for distribution companies. This will allow us to deliver to our customers on time, every time."

Well worth it

Greg Clements, driver manager for McBurney Refrigeration Limited, based at the Liverpool Distribution Hub, has ordered 54 tags.

He said: "The £6 charge is well spent in order to avoid congestion in the Birmingham area. Much of our distribution into the major customer sites of Tesco, ASDA, J Sainsbury and Safeway is very time-sensitive.

"The use of the M6 Toll will help significantly in achieving the window times beyond Birmingham and around the M25."
