Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FINNISH CHEMICAL company Kemira has developed an alternative to the urea solutions now going into production for SCR. equipped Euro-4 and 5 vehicles.

Based on ammonium format and marketed under the name Denoxium, its NOx reducing performance is claimed to be less affected by extreme temperatures in the exhaust system and the ambient air. It is said to remain liquid at temperatures much lower than the -11°C freezing point of AdBlue, eliminating the need for SCR heating and insulation in northern European climates.

Kemira says Denoxium is chemically compatible with the current urea solutions, so it can be substituted without adjustments to the vehicle's SCR system.
