JON Simon of Vehicle Parks, who runs the coach park at Ashburn Mews, Kensington, London, is hoping to operate a temporary coach parking facility at the Wellington Barracks site in Birdcage Walk.
The site, which the TGWU and London coach operators have been campaigning for, would ease problems for tourists visiting the Changing of the Guard. It is owned by the Ministry of Defence who use it for parking vehicles on ministry business.
