BRITAIN'S C-licence fleet continues to 1-1 grow. In the 12 months to June this year. 8,362 new ancillary users came into being, bringing the total to 562,077. The number of C-licence vehicles rose by 52,103 to 1,168,457, of which about two-thirds were light vans.
