BRITAIN'S C-licence fleet continues to 1-1 grow. In the 12 months to June this year. 8,362 new ancillary users came into being, bringing the total to 562,077. The number of C-licence vehicles rose by 52,103 to 1,168,457, of which about two-thirds were light vans.
As the table below shows, there were increases in all unladen-weight classes, except for those from 2-21 tons and 21-3 tons, in which the decline of the past few years has continued.
