A N extensible .sleeping trailer produced by Kassbohrer for use With coaches has been placed in service by a Munich operator.. The trailer, which accommodates 40.people in 20 two-berth cabins, has a floor area of 484 sq. ft in the extended position.
'there are washing facilities, a lavatorrr, wardrobe, luggage space, and a kitchen which includes a fire-place and a refrigerator among its appointments. Its the iravelling form, the trailer is 23 ft. 4 in. long, 7 ft 4; in. Wide and just over 9 ft. high. It 1;veighs 8,800 lb. A pivoted bogie is provided at the front of the trailer, and it has air-pressure brakes. Derilirex gear enables the floor to he extended.
