D N McELHATTON, of Rain ham, Essex, who held an 0licence for six vehicles and six trailers, was called to a Met
ropolitan traffic area public inquiry in February. The LA, revoking the licence, found that McElhatton had failed to tax his vehicles, had failed to maintain them properly, and had moved his operating centre without authority.
