• An interim Operators Licence authorising Darren Flitcroft, trading as Flitcroft Transport, of Stockport, Cheshire to operate nine vehicles and four trailers, was withdrawn by North Western Licensing Authority Martin Albu when Flitcroft failed to attend a Manchester public inquiry. The hearing was adjourned to give Flitcroft a further chance to attend.
