Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THERMO KING HAS hived off its UK and Ireland operations from a larger division which also covered Scandinavia.

The new division is headed by regional director Graham Eames, the industry veteran who comes to the firm from Reading-based reefer operator PulleynTransport. With this new structure in place, Thermo King aims to market its products in the UK in a more aggressive manner, turning around its recent below-par performance. Eames is keen to point out that Thermo King's policy of selling on performance and quality rather than price won't change.

A range of new products has also been introduced, including a new multi-temperature version of its ceiling-mounted cryogenic truck unit, the ST-CR 300MT. The first examples have already been delivered to a Finnish dairy company, and Thermo King expects the concept to appear on British roads next year.
