European Commission officials launched dawn raids on crosschannel berry company P8r0 and tunnel operator Eurotunnel last week, amid concerns that operators have been involved in illegal price-fixing. The investigation is currently in its preliminary stages while officials ascertain whether there is any evidence of suspected cartel agreements between cross-Channel transport services.
