WELL DONE Michael Ponsonby and the other "experts" for finding a loophole in the WTD regulations (CM4 September).

It is now possible that thousands of workers, however peripherally involved with road transport, will find themselves stuck in Victorian working practices with no legal rights to paid annual leave or a 48-hour maximum week for another two years.1 am sure that they will be extremely grateful for your input.
