Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

REVISED maps of Britain's existing and planned trunk roads have been published by the Department of Transport.

There are two maps, one for Scotland and England north of a line between the Isle of Man and Scarborough, the other includ ing an inset of the London area. Both are to a scale of about 12in to the mile, with the London inset being about two miles to the inch.
