Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SEDDON ATKINSON he changed its arrangements for nancing facilities through i distributors, and has move away from a partnership with i troubled parent company, Inte national Harvester.

British Credit Trust, which hâ–  recruited Roger Ward from Inte national Harvester Credit Cc poration, will be offering a pac age of financing and leasing , new and secondhand Seddc Atkinson vehicles, as well facilities to dealers.

A Seddon spokesman was pains to stress, however, th. there is "nothing sinister" in th change of arrangements, ar that it does not mean the con pany is a stage closer to separa ing from IH.

He added that talks are st continuing with potential buyel or partners for Seddon, but thei is no pressure on the camper to achieve a quick sale.

According to Seddon, th IHCC finance arrangement WE arrived at quickly when the con pany needed a finance packag to help it sell lorries at the won point of the recession. But IHC is more experienced in financin agricultural equipment, and less well equipped to meet th needs of the commercial vehicl market.

Existing IHCC-financed cw tomers and dealers will not hay their deals affected by thi change.
