Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Roadtrain was born out of the 1975 Ryder report into British Leyland, which recommended the government invest a billion pounds in the company in order to rejuvenate its product range, including Leyland Vehicles.

As well as money spent on developing Roadtrain, it also paid for the new LV Technical Centre and test track and brand-new assembly plant at Leyland – known as LAP – which, along with Daf, was ultimately bought by Paccar.

Today LAP is one of the most efficient truck assembly plants in the world.
