Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Bottomley, for passing his advanced driving test with "the toughest examiners in the country" — the RoSPA Advanced Drivers Association (RoSPA is the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents).

The Minister now becomes entitled to one of the special insurance premiums which are available to successful candidates, plus an opportunity to participate in other RoSPA activities including visits to skidpans.

Mention of the minister's achievement gives me an opportunity to congratulate CM news editor Brian Weatherley on passing his HGV 1 test, thanks to Bob Pearson an RT1TB (Road Transport Industry Training Board) instructor

of the Carlton HGV Driving School who took Brian for the test in a 71/2-tonner in and around Gillingham, Kent.

This brings to five the number of CM staff who are HGV1 holders, not forgetting passenger editor Noel Miller who has a PSV licence.

The population of Britain are hereby warned that more CM staff are contemplating taking the HGV test.
