MOST OF a £729,298 loss incurred by Belfast Corporation City bus services last year 1-tas been wiped out by a Government grant. This was revealed last week by Mr Norman Crawford, chairman of the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Co, parent company of the undertaking.

Last year Citybus services lost a total of £1,129,298 which was reduced by a DoE grant of £400,000. Now the Department has come forward with a further £629,143.
