Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WORK is to start immediately on a new Eastern BRS branch at Heath, North Derbyshire, instead of early next year as originally planned. The development is centred on a six acre site at Holmewood Industrial Estate close to junction 29 on Ml. The initial development will consist of a six-day workshop which will house temporary office accommodation and warehouse facilities.

Ultimately, the present Chesterfield Branch will close. The new site will eventually have 8,918 sq m (96,000 sq ft) of ware housing.

An improvement in the supply of urgent Bedford spares in East Anglia and Essex could be the result of a new distribution exercise by Eastern British Road Services Ltd. Since June BRS has been distributing spares from the Todding Service Park centre under a contract with the vehicle manufacturer. Each day a BRS vehicle from Cambridge loads high priority spares from Toddington sufficient to fill current orders. It then returns to Cambridge where the spares are sorted ready for next-day delivery to the dealers.
