Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A GROUPAGE "bus stop" freight service has been started between Britain and Germany by Teneris Wingate Routiers Ltd and Haniel Spedition. There are 10 runs being operated every week by the companies' own vehicles to and from main German centres to a schedule timetable. The centres are Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Cologne, Munich, Nurnburg, Dusseldorf and Hanover. TWR has in the past been operating a twice weekly groupage service to Dusseldorf, in conjunction with Transitus, a subsidiary company of Haniel.

A benefit for British shippers, claims TWR, is that Haniel has warehouses for short and long-term storage in 14 major European cities and each of these has its own large distribution vehicle fleet
