Stand No. 65.

ALITTLE GIANT' steam wagon, of the 5 ton size, on rubber tyres, and a Little Giant steam tractor, comprise the vehicles to be shown by Tasker and Sons, Ltd. The tractor is of the standard 11.2 type, with Hoare's patent chain drive. In this vehicle, one of the most important, features of the design is the arrangement of the rear springing, the semi-elliptic springs, being entirely outside the mails body of the tractor. The engine has compound cylinders, positioned above the loco.-type boiler. Three speeds are provided, and the water is carried in a special belly tank. The steam wagon has two change speed gears, and the final drive is by a long roller chain to a chain wheel containing the differential gear and positioned on the rear axle.
