AMONGST the American, vehicles marketed in this country the Republic has obtained a very good name.

As regards passenger vehicles, the most interesting will be a 15 seater Olympic motor coach, designed especially for luxurious travel, each passenger having a. separate bucket seat, pivoted so that it can be swung round or removed in order to allow for the erection of the folding luncheon table which is carried down the centre of the vehicle. There

ere only two doors, and a detachable winter top with glasswindows permits the vehicle to be used as an open coach in the summer or RS a, closed saloon in the winter.

Next cornea the Republic.Portland 20 seater omnibus, which can: be used. for regular Omnibus work or as a private vehicle. The examples shown will be of the latter type, and the seating arrange ment will allow for three distinct psitions---normal, social., or family.

The third passenger vehicle ie a 14 seater coach of the ordinary standard type, but with a. detachable -winter top and fixed glass windows. As regards goods carrying' vehicles, there is a 30. cwt, either side tipping truck, a 2 ton chassis, which can also he used to carry 20-24 seater motor coach body, and a new 1 ton wagon for speeds up to 35 m.p.h. This is very suitable for' use as a 14 seater coach.
