THERE will be five exhibits on this stand, including the 5 ton steam. motor wagon, the No. 4 compound steam motor tractor, the Garrett 4 ton elec• trio vehicle, all well known in the transport world; besides these, there are a sleeping van for three men and a.3 ton trailer wagon.

The 5 ton steam wagon has a locomotive type boiler with the Garrett patent corrugated firebox, which gives a large heating surface at the most efficient point, with economic fuel and water cellsn,mption. The engine has balanced piston valve sear for increasing the effi• creney. This vehicle is mounted on cast steel wheels of improved pattern, with solid rubber tyres, and is fitted with a flat platform, chock rails, 18 in. hinged and removable sides, tailboard and extended awning.

The No. 4 compound steam motor tractor is of the Garrett standard design, fitted with loco.-type boiler and the patent corrugated firebox. It will be shown complete with winding drum, steel wire rope,, water lifter, hose and, all accessories.

The 4 ton patent electric vehicle is equipped with Ironclad Exide batteries, and has an approximate radius of operation of 30 miles under standard conditions, as was recently described in this journal in connection with the work of the refuse department of the Sheffield Corporation.
