Tii.REE G.V. standard electric chassis of different load-carrying capacities will be staged by the General Vehicle Co., Ltd., on the above stand, these being a 2 tomer, a 34 tonneyr; and a 5-termer. Except for different strengths of construction, varying, of course, with the load to be' carried, the general build, of these machines is identical.

The motor is supported in front of the rear axle, and drives forward to a coontershaft and thence by roller chains to the rear wheels. Each of the machines is fitted with Ironclad-Exide batteries.

The 2 ton chassis will be fitted with a Constable end-tipping body, which is specially designed for house refuse collection, with a capacity of 6 cubic yds. The tipping gear is electrically operated, and

it is capable of discharging a full load in 60 -seconds.

The body on the 31 ton chassis is designed for brewery work.

On the 5 ton chassis an all-way steel tipping body will be mounted. This body is designed for.carrying coal, ashes, slack, road-making material, etc., and, althongh of strong construction, is light in Weight.
