THERE are many types of con" vertible bodies on the market, but we cannot call to mind one instance where seven. distinct uses are incorporated in the single design. Such, however, is the case in the Dixie body, which has been produced by Mr. W. Shepherd, of Market Bosworth.

In all five vehicles will be shown ,on the stand, and they Will undoubtedly

serve -to demonstrate the remarkable adaptability of trhis convertible body. The uses to which it, can be put are saloon bus, delivery van, ambulance, hearse, lorry, pig dray, and furniture-removing car.

The actual exhibits will be a Dodge chassis, fitted with a convertible wagonetto bus body, a Dixie body with wagon, bus, lorry, pig dray, van and ambulance attachment to fit the Ford touring car chassis, a Dixie wagonette, bus and hearse to fit the Ford touring car chassis, a Dixie wagonette, bus and lorry for the Ford one-tonner, and a Dine wagonette and bus intended for the G.M.C., Oldsmobile and-similar Chassis, with a carrying capacity of 25 cwt.
