Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

It looked like all hope was lost when an aid convoy from Bradford was let down at the last minute and left without a vehicle. Luckily, help was not far away and vehicle rental and contract-hire specialist TtS came to the rescue. It supplied a tractive unit which enabled the convoy bound for Bosnia to leave on schedule.

The convoy was organised by West Yorkshire Police coroner's officer Alan Cooper (left), seen here with his colleague Richard Radley. The pair got involved after an appeal by local woman Nora Kilcoyne in a Bradford newspaper. She had visited the village of Madiugorje near Mostar and was appalled at the conditions the people lived in.
