Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Leeds City Council has been spending money on its countryside fleet and bought two new vehicles.

First up is a Daf 750F with a Montracon logging trailer and an Eminox particulate trap.

Working on the council's 6,000 acres of parkland, the Daf is plated 6 tonnes below its potential at 32 tonnes and has a PM onboard weighing system to stay within its 17.5-tonne payload.

The trailer is fitted with a rearmounted Jonsered crane with a capacity of 9 tonne/metres while the tractor is powered by the 320hp version of Daf's 9.2-litre engine.

A Seddon Atkinson Strato 18.215B also joins the council's fleet, carrying a Houghtons demountable cattle and horse box. Ferrying animals between council farms and shows, the Strata is also fitted with an Eminox particulate trap exhaust. During the harvest season it will be used as a hay wagon.
