Detroit is proud of the fact that the actual truck tested was a working ERF EC127 operated by Cawley Brothers of Llanrwst. The electronically controlled engine, with more than 50,000km on the clock, was tested at 470hp, when it recorded a particulate reading of 0.052g/kWh. and at 370hp, with a reading of 0.0490Wh.
