Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

rominent RHA members ave been highlighting the Aide replacement issue rid the need for better rates.

This is good advice, erhaps, but most members rill soon have pushed this nportant issue to the back f their minds, burying their eads in the sand and, as isual, sapping their energy, lutwitting one another, cared to stick their necks ut ratewise lest they have heir heads chopped off.
