THE Department of Transpor has produced a new set o Construction and Use Regula tions to incorporate al amendments to the rules mad' since the last regulations wen published in 1973.
There are no changes to th• substance of the rules and th new publication merely cot rects any errors, rationalise the rules and in some case clarifies the situation.
